  • Am I able to view the properties?

    Yes we can accommodate viewings. We would ensure that these are booked in directly with the vendor so please contact the office to book a timeslot and do not go directly to the property without an appointment.

  • How do I reserve a property?

    Please contact our office on 0113 892 1167. There are no fees to reserve the property but if we have not worked with you before we may ask for proof of funds.

  • What if I decide not to proceed with the purchase?

    Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not wish to purchase the property.

  • Can I buy with a mortgage?

    Yes you can purchase the property with a mortgage but our preference would be for cash buyers.

  • How quickly do I need to complete?

    Our vendors are typically expecting a quick sale so we would be looking to progress quickly. We would look to get a memorandum of sale out and solicitor instructed on the same day that the deal has been agreed.

  • Can you recommend a solicitor?

    Yes, we work very closely with experienced and professional firms of solicitors who work at discounted rates for our clients. You may also use your own solicitor but they must be comfortable with the quick sale model.
